1. After submitting your registration information, the Conference Organizing Committee will send a payment notification via email. Registration is deemed complete only upon successful payment.
2. The registration fee covers access to all conference sessions, conference materials, lunches and coffee breaks during the conference. Travel and accommodation shall be borne by the participants themselves.
3. One complimentary conference registration will be provided for each accepted and registered abstract or full paper.
Participants who have paid the conference fee but are unable to attend may apply for a refund. Refund applications should be submitted via email to: mrct@acamail.org. The email subject should be clearly marked as "Conference Refund + Full Name". The deadline for submitting refund applications is November 30, 2026.
